“Brick” in the ’90s

By JENNIFER SMITH, AP Style editorAUSTIN (AP) AUSTIN, Texas — A Texas brick frame door frame is back in style after a restoration company restored the window frame of a home in Austin that was damaged by a fire.

The Austin Fire Department said Friday it was still searching for the owner of the home, which was burned to the ground in 1990.

A couple of other people are missing.

The brick frame frame was damaged when a fire broke out during a weekend camping trip, and firefighters removed the frame from the home to get it replaced.

They rebuilt the door frame.

It’s the first time Austin has seen a brick frame returned, said Lisa Anderson, who owns the property.

She bought the house in 1991.
