New owners of Lego brick frames and other home building materials can expect to spend $25,000 or more for a new piece of machinery.
The cost of repair and replacement varies depending on the machine, but typically runs around $150,000, according to a survey by the National Association of Home Builders.
The survey found that half of owners say they would not purchase a piece of hardware that they would need to replace if it broke or broke apart, and half of the owners say the new machine should be repaired or replaced at least once.
The other half of builders say the repair is unnecessary and that the replacement should be done sooner.
The NAAB survey also found that owners of the most expensive equipment surveyed were most likely to upgrade or replace the machine.
The most expensive piece of equipment is the most costly to replace, with the average repair bill being $2,400.
The survey found the most cost-effective repair was to replace the entire unit.
New builders have had a tough time finding the equipment they need to repair or replace a piece that broke or cracked.
Some have to spend a lot of money to repair a broken or cracked piece of metal, such as a piece made from the metal of a door frame or a metal frame.
Others simply replace the broken part with a new one.
